A 500W spindle for increase the Aureus 3X CNC capacity, with the possibility to reach 15,000 rpm.
This 0.5kW spindle offers great flexibility. It’s equipped as standard with a ER11 collet nut and a ER11-A collet chuck.
As standard, the supplied collet chuck is adapted for milling cutters with a 1/8 " shaft diameter (3.175 mm), but you can adapt other collet chuck in the collet nut for example 4mm, 1 / 4 ", 6 mm, etc. These collet chucks are available individually or in sets in our shop.
The collet chuck tighten firmly the end mills, the nut is tightened thanks to 2 keys (13 and 17mm), one on the shaft, the other on the nut.
The 500W spindle has a 52mm standard diameter adapted to many standard brackets, including the standard Aureus 3X CNC tool holder.
